Ideas for Marketing IG & Snap Usernames

I have collected from many members of social media who are interested in my niche. they have told me their snapchat username or instagram name and i have always collected this.
how can i market to them?

some ideas I have thought maybe there is a way to import my contacts?
a follower bot i can tell the list and it will follow & DM my subscriber for me?
manually add each member on snapchat and send them a hello message?

Snapchat bots are expensive. Expect to pay starting price of $500/month, and that's for the basic one. There are others for $1500/month. Quite pricey, so I would advise manually testing to make sure you have a working formula before investing in any bots.
