Depends how much effort do you want to put in it really. How much time are you willing to spend in production to get 1 hour of video? If you're willing to copy/spin existing videos, how much risk are you willing to take for takedown/channel closure?
You can just grab tons and tons of random video clips. Anything that's shot from real world situations is best as that doesn't really belong to anyone.
Then do a voiceover/reaction to it. You won't be showing your face there.
Optionally you can use text-to-speech apps for low effort/low quality approach. Write (or better, hire someone to write) the description text and run it into text-to-speech app.
Slap everything together in a video editor, add intro music and transitions and whatnot. You should have a pretty decent video going.

They use the flourish.studio data visualization tools.
Probably not. Many articles say no. The big channels stopped making these kinds videos about a year ago.
I get ads when I view them. But YT runs ads on everything now. Doesn't mean they are sharing the revenue...
So many channels started using the easy data visualization tools at flourish that YT got really saturated.

You can literally just find a park and talk about the beautiful weather and animals on your phone. Record an hour easy on your phone. You can edit together multiple videos if needed.

These music/beats/relaxation videos are not good for approval.
Sometimes they get approved sure, but they are a bad choice because mostly YouTube will not approve them unless there is something really good.
