If you can't talk, write a script and use good quality text-to-voice.
Then just record your screen while you talk about what you are doing.
Here are some ideas:
Use Google Maps
- explore cities while you narrate
- find an article like "weirdest sights on Google maps" then actually find them on GMaps while you narrate
Record yourself learning a programming language at w3 schools
Find public domain sites like Gutenberg and explore their libraries
I assume you are sending views to get the hours so the content does not really matter a long as it is acceptable to monetization.
