Ideas for Jobs Classifieds?

I have 78,000 Leads for ppl searching for Jobs in my country.
How can I monetize it, I prefer not to do CPA as it pays measerly.

you can do premium rate numbers make them call that number and they will be charged each second per minute is like 5 to 6 bucks for uk and usa traffic search on google you will find a few networks taht give you such numbers you might be familiar with them they are also used for phone sex

So you guys want to shamelessly scam people looking for a job?? Shame on you.........There are legitimately black hat ways to try to make a buck out that list, but blatantly scamming people is not one of them.

you can do make a job hunting website and earn from advertisements.

Just read it might be illegal in my country this idea is discarded.

Get in touch with some private colleges/universities about sending a promotion to your list. Offer a FREE trial for them to test the leads and if they convert, charge a premium for another blast.

Search for job placement agencies, there are skills that are always in demand and you can collect a finders fee.

Get in touch with professional resume writers agencies and again work out a deal with them. Make it low risk and easy for them to try you out.

Make your own product.................."10 easy steps to get the job you want" Do some research about the subject, write useful and short tips, make some videos and interview someone at the employment agency as they are the experts and know the "inside" tips.
