Ideas for af marketing any tips?

Hello, I am fairly new to all this and have been reading through alot of this site and I must say I think this site is great. I have thought up a few strategies for affiliate marketing and wanted to see if anyone has experience in this or have tried it yet.
#1 do review videos on utube with af links
#2 get email list and send out links

Now #1 the problem I see is that if you do a review video on youtube with products for instance guitar gear and leave your links at bottom will youtube cancel acct? do they allow?


#2 how do you even get email lists without paying for it? i heard of using yahoo groups which is a good idea because you can find specific interest people sign up for but to go thru members list and individually save each handle and add yahoo to each would take a long time for a maybe.

You can place your link in video's description. Use url shortener, tiny url works great for me.

About your second question, when you're doing e-mail marketing, you must comply with can-spam act http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus61-can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business for sure. Use your creativity to found a method how to get e-mail list.
