    Dear All,

I already searched around for the common membership plugins for wordpress but I´m not sure if there's something suitable for me:

I currently run a real estate website on wordpress (OpenHouse Theme), where each "agent" can add their own property listings.

What I'm now trying to do is the following:

Offer our Freelancer Agents different memberships, the idea here is NOT content locking and showing certain content only to paying visitors, but actually charge our agents for different Listing packages (e.g. Agent A signs up for Bronze and is able to load 20 property listings on my site).

With the plugins I found so far it all comes down to content locking or charging the visitor for content. I "only" want to charge our agents for using the site or uploading content.

    Can this be done by
    1) a membership plugin? Any suggestions?
    2) Different user profiles in Wordpress with limitations (e.g. 20 listings max.)?

Would appreciate your help or suggestions!

can you just have a tarriff page , to show your prices , once the agent pays he is automatically a member and can do as his price allows him to do so ? once he stop paying he is not a member therefore not entitled to advertise. ??

edit ..... great idea tho. this can be done for any agent , cars , bikes , builders the list is endless....
