Ideal site to not raise EPN suspicions?

I'm trying to do this right the first time around, so I bought an account but I need to add my WH website, problem being, I don't have one.

If I get a lot of clicks are they going to research my website and try to see if it's even capable of that amount?

Also, will it sketch them out if my impression numbers vary much?

Try a wordpress site with phpbay and a load of ebay banners etc then buy a load of fake traffic for it
