Ideal Earning, What would you be happy with

Now I aim to double my daily earnings which are 500$ per day.

So that would be nice, but I have lot of plans, lot of time left, and one of the thing I want is to have 10 millions until I'am 30.

Human nature isn't so simple.
When you make nothing, you dream of the day when you make enough to cover your cost of living.

Once you get to that point, your expectation increase. Instead of thinking of food and shelter, you think of getting a new car, a bigger apartment, going on holiday.
Once you get to that point, your goal becomes to buy a super car, a yacht and mansion!

Maslow's hierarchy of needs: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow's_hierarchy_of_needs

Explains it pretty well.

That being said, I am now aiming for a super car, a yacht and a mansion. So $50,000/month would suffice.
Once I get to that point, I'll tell you what my new goals are. :P

Well, I guess our older generation teaches us not to be greedy and be happy with what you get :3. LOL

anyone who tells you to be happy with what you have, usually has WAY more then you

and doesn't want you trying to take any

So, what are your advice to me on getting a better life (looking at my current status). Should I move out somehow, what should I do? :D

It will always change - whenever you get to a certain amount it suddenly won't be enough and you'll want more.

Nothing less than $10k/month...already achieved it so that's probably a comfortable earning I can live with.

P.S. F*&K that. Nothing less than $100k/month. There is no being happy with a certain amount for me. Else I will die. As I won't be able to push myself anymore, there won't be a vital reason for living.

Let's do a math shall we?

I want to get EVERYTHING that a man can have.

I can buy health (Supplements/steroids/good food costs a lot. I know 'cause am serious about health. I spend around $800 each month on those)
I can buy happ"y"ness (Helping people)
I can buy style (Clothes/watches=I don't have many clothes, only 2 shirts for indoor, 2 shirts for outdoor, 2 pants for both in and out. But when it comes to my family, I buy nothing but top brands)

Hell, I can buy anything with hard work and money. There is NO ideal earnings that one can be happy with. Even if there is, he/she is fooling himself/herself.

Cheers :)

$1,000 a day is the goal for now.

Have already achieved 10% of it. :)

Haha, nope, I don't know what I will do, I have no internet-related skills and don't have much time (about 2-3 hours a day) to learn em'. Plus, my family doesn't support my internet-related dreams and thinks that its all BS, I guess I'm most likely to be stuck with a 9-5 job unless a billionaire dies in my arms and give me all his property before dying.

I've learned that one's dreams don't need to be believed by others.

Believe me when I say my dreams are BIG as Mount Everest and no one believes me. ;)

Dude, 1 year ago I couldn't even pay for a single domain but right now I am able to buy things I want/like with my earnings.

It's all a matter of persistance and wanting ;)

Regarding the thread, I think $5k per month would be good to live with. Though obviously something great would be $50k-$100k per month.

lmao @ all these losers thinking $1k/month is good. This forum is full of broke people.

My goals are $2k/week. Some months I make my goals, some months I don't. Beginning of the year and end of last year was meh, but this quarter I'm kicking ass. Didn't work Aug and September, so killed my averages.

Hehe

Well, he asked for the "minimum". That doesn't mean we will stop "there".

Right now Im aiming for $5k/m then I'll go for $30k/m ;)

Ultimately $1Mil./Week

But even then, its always going to be a moving target. That is the fun of it to me

Gonna agree with mickyfu. It's just as bad as writing "pun intended" at the end of a zinger. No one gaf if your pun is intended.

It's also just as bad as saying "No offense" or "I don't mean to be rude" and then saying something terrible offensive and rude. Grow a damn pair and just say it. Although, it's pretty funny that most large foreheaded, bulgy eyed mods will let it go if you put those phrases at the beginning of your paragraph. Say it outright and they bitch at you.

My lifelong dream is to purchase a small island for myself.

Well I am still a starter in IM, unemployed and broke so about 500/month would be a great start to stay away from offline job seeking and start being focused only at this job. Now, the IDEAL income would be around 5k per month. With this amount of money I could be king in my country.

Well this obviously depends greatly on where you live. The average wage in my country is in the direction of 2k a month so before taxes I'd need over 4k to have a 'normal' income.
My current goal for the next 12 months is 10k.
