ideal dwell time on a services site

I've currently got quite a few plumbing and HVAC pages to optimise and amongst the multi pronged attack i am taking one of the plans is to build a crawler.

What do you all think the ideal dwell time on a services site home page should be prior to clicking through to the next page?

What do y'all think the ideal dwell time should be in general?

Dwell time? Are you talking about how much time they should spend on one page before clicking another?
