Idea why website dont move up in serp?

Hi ive a website ranking betwen page3 and 5 for this keywords
i build backlinks everyday
but that make many weeks i dont move on serp
a idea why?

Build tier 2 and 3 links as well plus diversify anchors and link types.

Could be lots of reasons. Most likely you are not building quality links. You can be build links every day for your entire life but it won't give you rankings unless they are good quality.

How long has your site been live?

What kind of links are you building?

Were you ranking higher than that at any point?

What's your anchor text profile look like?

my quality links is ok
the problem go from when i add a paragraph text to my page
so i remove paragraph
but always same problem
so i add again this paragraph
i have see my page cannot in top 30
maybe its a minus 30 penalty
so i see in result if i check result on google with ip from new york i see my webpage on page 3
but if i take ip from texas i dont see my webpage
so i add more text on my webpage today
an will try to diversify anchor text backlink
