Hi guys, in my country some keywords "hotel + cityname", "rooms + cityname" have very low competition.
For some cities, there are not SINGLE local hotels ranking. In first page there are BIG players (like hotel /cityname... rooms /cityname... so website that rank for ALL the cities and than have local subpages).
My idea is to get a clean expired domain and rank only for a keyword (hotel + city). For example one of those kw has 4400 monthly searches.
1) will I be able to outrank "general" website with a niche city dedicated blog?
2) how to monetize? adsense will work good?
