[IDEA] Star Microformat

I've hired someone to set up a client's site with a wordpress article directory with the GD star rating plugin to use Google's star rating microformat. The idea is, google will crawl the article directory through the sitemap and approve the whole domain. That's when the testimonials form shows up on the homepage. Ideally, hreviews and stars would appear in the SERP results(like Yelp). It shouldn't help SEO so much as click through rate.

Does anyone think this won't work?

I am sure would help with clickthrough rates.

No, gave the client a price tag on it and it was a no go. I may just put an article directory up on someone's site for free when I have the time to test it out.
