Idea: How to promote your Apps

I was thinking about this ... Did someone try to promote apps on Vine or Instagram this way :
Find people with lot of followers and tell them to do some promotional video on your app (how they are use it all day bla bla bla) I think people from Hot or Not app are using this method of promotion (See users with 100 000 followers and more to promote them). How much do you thing this will cost? In other words how much do i need to offer for something like that ?

So i contact one girl on Vine. She have 1000 000 followers and ask here for 6 sec simple promotion on e-cigarette just for a test... She says "I want $10 000" LOL

lol ! use vineliker to promote your vine brother no need ask stupid adverts, build your own!

You must write unique content on your apps and post there where visitors come and read articles daily like LinkedIn, best article sites, press release and news sites.

Dude, you asked just 1 person...
Try some other people and decide then. You could say that you're doing a test, so pay them 50 bucks or something. See what kind of ROI you can get and increase their commission accordingly. I wouldn't be surprised if the traffic sucks, actually...

I just did a vine for a company that received ~200 likes/revines. I have ~10k followers and charged 30$. Hope that helps.

Dud i was talking about users with millions followers like :

Brittany Furlan, Liane V, DRose etc....

I don't need vine followers. This was just idea to promote app or some product because i see a lot company are doing this. The users who i mentioned have at least 5 videos "promoting" apps which are huge now.
