Idea how to get FB page likes

So today on FB i saw people gathering money for an ill person. Sometimes people auction stuff - for example if you have a cake shop, you auction a cake etc.

But the post that caught my eye was a person saying "every like on my page is x donated for the ill person" and i thought this might be an idea for getting FB likes

Faking illness just to get some likes on your page is not a good idea at all my friend. What's more important is to get the right audience by creating quality media content.

where did i say to fake an illness? i said that people are often gathering money for ill people - some people auction stuff, so for example if you have a cake shop, you auction a cake and donate the money for the ill person. I saw a person say he will donate x amount of money for every like on his page he gets and i thought it might be a good idea to get some likes. Is it that hard for you to comprehend the idea of donating money to people in need that you immediately think to fake and illness?
