(Idea for Method)App Install Automation

Okay so my girlfriend was talking about how she has a app on her phone called applike, its pays you to have apps installed and are active in the game by just having the game open.

It got me thinking aswell as some of you im sure. My thought is, this has been around for quite awhile with many types of companies doin it. Surely there must be someone who automates this process with large amounts of accounts and some form of software similar to bluestacks.

Is this a method currently in use and if so, how does bhw feel about it?
