I have an idea for making money.. I need a good web designer .. We will split the proffit 50/50.. If we need little investment.. i will take care of it.. I just need someone who can make my plan.. The person must have paypall or payza account.. that is all i need.. Interested PM !

Post in the JV section, that's where you'll find people who want to partner with you. Except no one is going to build a site for a complete stranger without details.
My tip to you, don't you PayPal. Good luck with your venture though.

You gotta be more open about your "plan" and talk about possibilities and numbers that you researched through if you did. I have and idea too if people would help me with ""anything"". Sell them for more. But anyways to find good designers you gotta offer something too and not just say you are the one they were looking for, and without you there is no online money for them.

But you need to be able to invest in the venture in the start if you really want to make money. As the saying goes, 'money makes money'... So you cant just expect to have an idea but no spending-capital.
