Idea for Increasing CTR for Arcade Sites

I have been running arcade sites for a little of a year now and I know of a little tip that will definitely increase your ctr with gamescript.net but I will get to that later. Now I am no coder what so ever but is it possible which I think it is to have a pop up or something display right above the game the persons playing or even using Harro's Method and have an ad underneath the game and so when they click to play the game they click an ad.
