Idea for bots

Hello all,


I'm a programmer and I have some quite good knowledge on languages like C/C++ Python, PHP, shell script, AWK etc., I have , also I have good knowledge on networking protocols.
I think that with my skills I'm able to code some good bots, but I never coded this kind of stuff for money and I don't know this market, so I have some questions:


* Is it worth ($$) to put efforts on this kind of programs?


* What are the market needs? I want to code something useful, but I don't which what are the needs.


* Please give me some Ideas of bots which people would buy.

No easy answer on this one. They need a money making machine, that doesn't mean it 's cost effective to make it from the developer 's aspect. You 'll have to read the forums to get a personal opinion.

Sounds like you just showed up and posted a lot of questions without reading even 1 days worth of posts. If you had read even a few hours of posts on this site you would find that automation bots are requested/searched for just about every 2 minutes on this place

Coding is one thing. Knowing what to code is the second thing. And the third one is how to sell it.

I found BHW two weeks ago and I had read it daily, I admit that I'm still acquainting to the forum and perhaps I didn't looked on the right place to find my answers. I'm not the lazy-dumb-ask-first-search-later kind of guy, I'm really sorry if I seemed like this.

To make a good bot / product or anything I would suggest to try to understand what are the "needs" first and foremost.

...or JV with someone that has an idea and can make the program/logic design for you.

Also keep in mind it's against the rules to advertise your robots here. I've made a pinterest and soundcloud bot, but in order to advertise their links you have to read the instructions on the buy and sell thread.

For one, you've got to be a member for a certain amount of time and amassed a certain amount of reputation.
