I found a website that sells social media followers likes etc for cheap. My plan is to make a similar website and be the middle man and make money that way. Any tips or ideas? Like for how i can generate customers and what not

How are you planning to get social media followers for your clients? Are you using any SMM panel? or offering manual Social Media Management services?

If this is the case, then you can launch your own BST in this forum by fulfilling the required criteria (by becoming a Jr. VIP after 60 days + 100 posts and paying the BST fees $30) to find clients.

SMM Panel is the way you're looking for. Just purchase a shared hosting, choose a provider and become the middle man!
 
That is bassicly smm child panel. also remember you need more capital for promotion.
 
You can actually run ads to the site and make sure you offer cheap service at first in other to attract customer

What can I buy to promote? I was thinking of giving discounts on the websites social media accounts to draw in customers.

Does the ads just work when someone searches on Google or will it be like advertisements on websites that use Google adsense?

No. There is a great difference between the two, my friend.

These two are way too different than each other. I think you need to do some background research on how SMM panels work and how manual social media management works before you actually decide to jump into the business.

SMM panels give automated likes, shares, views and follows with the help of a software while manual social management services need constant manual efforts to bring in the results.
 
Its good to be middle man , best find good smm as their are many fake and bad ones as well .
