ID this plugin OR another one with similar functionality ?

Can anyone help me ID the following plugin OR if you know any other with similar functionality ?

Basically when you go to this site: https://medbook4u.com/anki-flashcards-sketchy-usmle/

What happens is that there is "Get link" written at the bottom of the page and on clicking it you get 3 links which redirect to a download page.

But the great thing is that there is an intermediate page with ads on it which the person has to stay on for a few seconds before the redirect happens. So the site owner gets paid for the ads.

It's like OUO or adfly but using own domain.

Would really appreciate help in finding a WP plugin that can do this. Scanned this wp install in online sites to find which plugin it is but could not ID it..mostly because it must be a rare plugin.

I found one: CLINK wp plugin. Not great though. Cant insert ads into the redirect page.

This kind of plugin available for various CMS just search, I didn't remember the names exactly. Even for forums also you can find this kind of plugins.
