Further decline would lead to partial/full liquidation of LFG’s 40k BTC to support the peg.

Not even the Bitcoin reserve can protect from a massive freakout.

I really hope people understand what this means now. Luna are now dumping all their bitcoin on the market to maintain the peg.

No one really knows what USDT is backed against, the founder / team mention how its 1 USDT = 1 $. There has never been a full / complete audit of tether and only has a team of 10. I find it hard to believe such a small team are managing 100bn+.

UST is backed by Bitcoin etc. However, it's being tested now with the market dumping.

Wow, I am never trusting my own intuition with crypto ever again. This was the one coin I was about to transfer a whole bunch of money into.

I feel bad for the people behind the markets, a little. But they are all $$ backed. Fiat in, Fiat out. As long as that is the final benefit there is no crypto economy, just crypto storage...

There will be more losers than winners with crypto. It is like that losers just go away from crypto market and never share their story with others.
