Is there a way to confirm the ID in fb-ads if the profile is purchased??? (no ID available)

If FB ask you for ID confirmation, you can generate one and use it. It's not difficult.

always have docs with you. weather buy a template so you can make it yourself ( this is what i do)

You have to create the ID from scratch not use template

There's many websites doing this, but if you want to do it in a better way, you have to design it manually, and it's not difficult also.
