So I was looking for guest posting options and found this site icopify co . When you register it will shows you thausands websites that you can post your content with a fee.
The problem is you vant see the domains until you pay min $10 deposit.
The real problem, it has a big list of free websites that you dont need to pay at all just register and place your content.
For example
http://ameblo.jp/ 3
500 Words minimum
Turnaround Time: 3 days
Personal Blogs
Max 01 ******** link
Content Placement... $71.25
Link Insertions... N/A
Content Creation & Place... $94.05 Monthly Traffic
87,816,024 DR
93 DA 92
Spam Score 14%
Japanese

They ask you $71.25 for content placement, but that website is free and anyone can register in a minutes and place a content.

For example there is this
hindustantimes.com 3

Turnaround Time: 5 days

Max 01 ******** link
Content Placement... $712.50

But there are Fiverr sellers who can post it for $20.

So I am trying to get my money back.

You're 100% right. The same goes here: Now I don't know how to get back my money. I've tried to contact them many times. But they don't reply me.

It's not icopify that's scammed you. It's the suppliers. Lots are trying to rip off guest bloggers. icopify should be checking these scammers of course but always check for cheaper alternatives as 9 times in 10, if a post is a high fee, the supplier is out for ripping you off with extraordinary mark-ups. Its not just icopify. It's happening on getblogger and adsy as well.
Problem is, it's okay for business. Most guest post services mark up blogger rates so icopify are unlikely to act on suspensions of the suppliers.

Don't want to bust your b*** but due diligence is needed by you. Most vendors on these sites, not just icopify, are into arbitrage and simply act as a middle man. They'll grab Fiverr gigs for $5 and post to icopify for $50. It's easy to do as you just need domains that meet "20+ DR, domain age must be 6+ months and a minimum of 500 monthly traffic."
However there are some diamonds in the rough and if you are choosing carefully then expect to pay higher prices. Guest posting is no cheap marketing strategy. Cheap domains = cheap traffic = bad links for your site.
