ICO or Exchange

What is a better way to make money or better for passive income?

ICO needs more capital or building your own crypto exchange does? I am lookig to get into either of the two.

ICO requires more than just capital, you also need to build a team or have an actual project going if you want to make any real traction with pre-sales, etc. People are more savvy than they were back in 2017-2018 in what to look for in an ICO.

The exchange route will just require capital and the tech required to make it operate effectively and safely for your customers.

Both will require a little rep-building but if you dont have a project you can actually promote via ICO, I would say the exchange route is best.

The more I read about ICO, I understand that this will need more time, effort and may or may not be a success in the end.
I think I will also head with the Exchange route. I also saw a couple of White Label websites that are into custom coding and development of the proect.

Do you have any idea on where do I read more and can get a better first hand experience in this?
