Hey i'm eventually going to use ibos to mask myself in my business ventures, im curious to know how should i transfer money from my ibos bank account to myself?

I've heard people launder via crypto wallets using tumblers, are there any other ways?

Forget tumblers, they’re mostly honeypots or overpriced for low volume. If you want to stay under the radar, focus on clean settlement layers.
The standard move is having your IBO settle to you in LTC or USDT, then off-ramping via P2P (Peer-to-Peer) marketplaces or non-custodial wallets to break the direct link. If you need it in a bank, just invoice the IBO entity for 'Marketing' or 'Web Services' from a separate 'clean' LLC. As long as the paperwork matches the transfer, the bank won't blink at a B2B payment.
Keep it simple; over-complicating the flow is usually what triggers the manual review.
