I wasn't planning on $$ ... was thinking about $3 because that's the absolute minimum to create a prepaid Neteller card :D

a special way to earn from it :) (*not mining* so that i don't need a high specifications).. free as i don't have money online "visa" .. it's hard in my country to convert real money into internet :) ..
give me a link for this cheap provider 2~4$ /month i have a pre-paid card i can pay with it !
