I xrumer monthly subscription?

I want to buy xrumer, but I saw on the page, the license is only valid for 3 months, we need subscribe monthly, is that true?

xrumer made too much money already, it doensn't need monthly fees.

I hate monthly fee. that's why I dont buy xrumer.
