i would like to hire an assistant

and i have no idea where to start. I need someone who has experience using the popular backlinking softwares that are around. Someone that has seo knowledge.

I have no idea where i can find someone like this or how much it would cost. Can anyone shed any light for me please?

In addition to bhw, I highly recommendyou look into odesk. You can find someone from overseas to do this job for you from $3 - $5 per hour.

If you've never had any experience managing people just keep the following in mind:
Give complete well written instructions.
Give deadlines and expectations.
Be polite, you need them as much as they need you.
Fire fast and hire slow. If a person is not working out let go of them. On the flip side do your research on each potential hire.
Finally, give small test jobs to start so you can see how good the person is.

Oh yeah, and mind what passwordsyou give to any contractor. Most people use one pw everywhere but don't use your gmail password on your Wordpress site and give it to a stranger. They are strangers after all.
