Honestly would take it as resorts, hotels and even some restaurants and bars require the document, here in Bali. But the vaccine has made a lot of friends of mine here sick. You don't get the best quality ones here.
Me being a diabetic type1 with a really low blood level, and a pancreas that stopped working I am not going to bet my life on it.
Luckily got a huge villa with a swimming pool, private cinema, a bunch of game consoles so I am fine with staying inside. All food can be delivered, groceries and so forth. A mask here is a must but it's not that strict however I do wear one when I do get out.
Not sure what to think of COVID, kinda don't really give a shit or read on it but hate seeing locals in such struggle here.
