finally ,we got the conclusion:my pc is so weak.
scpebox cant run smoothly on a pc which senuke can work well
maybe i need unit my internet cafe of 94 pcs as a super computer to run a piece of scrape box. i will consider taht~~~lol

My question is have you contacted support yet? See Gary Beck's post above. That is the best advice you are going to get.

The "access violation" error can also be your RAM. It sometimes happens that the software can not access a region in your RAM that it was supposed to be able to access. Check/replace your RAM modules if you want to see if that makes change.

2nd, have you contacted support directly about your issue prior to bitching about it here? If not than you might consider doing so as they can most likey debug it easily based on the facts stated on their site.

ScrapeBox has internal crash analysis, and in the event of problems it will create a .zip file with technical information which the application sends to us for review. This debug data does contain detailed information about your machine, and the programs running on it at the time of the crash. This information includes things such as your Operating System and Service Pack version, hardware specs such as how much RAM in total and how much was being used when the crash occurred, Processor type, your System Uptime and how long ScrapeBox had been running. It also shows a list of all programs running at the time the crash occurred, you are alerted when a crash occurs and the sending of debug information is optional and requires your consent to send. Please rest assured we have no interest in any details besides what made ScrapeBox crash, and what can be done to fix it.

i am not good at english, that doesnt mean i cant express myself clearly in english.
yes,some guys say box is great, that doenst mean everydody else has to agree with them. in fact ,there do many people say it is not great.
you mention that this is an open board,,yes ,that is why it is open, open for us jerk like me to express it was not great.of course the board can block us,that is another exception.
why didnt i contact you for a solution? from the day my partner bought box when i emailed you guys several times, i know it wont help too much,any way,other guys got the issues will send report to you.and as Cnotey said "You have to remember this is the internet with anonymity" . i would chose to do what i have done here.
When you do your work to the half way,and then it totally disappear, what words will you use to describe it ? still great ?

Well if thousands of people can run it without problems on their pc, you have to agree it's kinda obvious that it has something to do with your pc if it doesn't work properly on yours.

I use Scrapebox 24/7 and I rarely get errors or crashes. Sure it happens, but not every day or every single time I use it.

I never get errors with scrapebox and I own 2 licenses. I think it is a great software.

Lower connections when scraping/posting and basically any similar setting that might consume a lot of resources. Apart from that either a RAM or HDD problem would come to mind because this is very unusual for scrapebox. I've been using it on a dedicated server and a VPS for 1 year and some, i've seen that window that you put in your post maybe 3-4 times total (even if it goes up to t10 times, still beats your experience).

It is not in the software, check your PC or if you can afford it, get a VPS and run it from there

I wasn't angry or anything Another thing you might wish to try is to upgrade your IE to IE9. I forgot to mention it in my earlier post, that might help out? Also, depending on your internet connection, don't crank up your maximum connections or you may get freezes.

Also, you may be getting hostility as the majority of people on this forum have run Scrapebox at one point or another with little issue. The title of this post being about whether you wonder if scrapebox is shitty software tends to hit a nerve with people
