you may know what i want to say, yes, i want to say the box is not ok,i have been using it for almost one month.
However, it has never been run smoothly even for ONCE. it always crashed without giving you any informational message. what's more, it never recovered automatically even you have checked that option.
dude, you don't know how many errors it would prompt when you running it.and then it thoroughly disappeared from your desktop and task bar, yeah, you have to restart your project though you have no idea where have you been in the last time cause it didn't auto recover.
each time i load my own list , it crashed when you load 50000 URLs, either crashed you load 10000, even 2K,god,i have never been so pissed off cause other tools all run well.
my os: win 7 ultimate and i dont run the programs simultaneously.
i think it is time to give up the shitty toy, when you check the successful ones(well, it do say success), BUT it is NOt.
anyway, if you guys really do well witrh the this tool,i'd like to change my idea.i am just lost my mind.

Lol, out of the 1000's of users who use the software daily without problems YOU have problems with it so it's shitty now?

Get a life.

Just fix all the problems with your pc.

Step 1: Disconnect all the cords.
Step 2: Grab the nearest baseball bat or machine guns and tear it into a million pieces!!!
Step 3: Buy a decent computer from a manufacturer like Dell aka Alienware
Step 4: Protect for PC from viruses and malware.
Step 5: Don't be stupid when you download stuff :D
Step 6: Success your "shitty" software now works :D

Enjoy!!!

Check to make sure you have the right .net frameworks. Your firewall/antivirus can be interfering with it. (most likely the cause of most crashes).

The program works just fine, so the problem is you, or at least your computer. :)

Careful now. You tread in murky waters with that claim. lol.

When people say on a daily basis that they could not live without this software,
It's a good bet that the problem lies on your end. Something is up with your PC it seems.

I run this software in a Vbox running old ass XP on a mac allocating 128mb of ram.
I'd say that's a pretty solid piece of software if it can still perform the incredible tasks it does with so little resources.

Yeaa true man but I said Dell because Dell owns Alienware so I kinda had to say that :D

I have the same problem, i was running it on my vps for the past few months, but I always split up my list to under 200k links when fast posting, now that im doing a 300k list i get this message all the time, so I assume its because your list that your posting to is over 200k+

imhotep,i understand what you mean.
i dont know what's going on with the moderation system. it block me to post, so i have to give another screenshot

could it be that your list is not the greatest. might hit a url that malwared like crazy, run it through the malware anyalazer the name forgets me atm

I'm a total moron myself and I have NO problems running scrapebox. If I can do it with 25+ things running...I'm pretty sure it's all you. :(

hi,thinkdevoid ,seems i provoked guys to anger. i am sorry for that.:o but i am telling the truth...the .net framework(3.5/4.0) ,of course, has been installed, and i exit my AV,It still got many errors

I dunno what to say, I'll accept what you say as truth just for arguments sake. The only thing that it may be, is if you have a video card on there from nvidia, their dx10 older line models with most of the drivers after 185 will mess up SB, and afaik it has never been addressed. Other than that I can't see why a clean computer that was made properly could crash so much.

hi,sapo,
i believe my list isnt the best.:)
i filter my list in 5 steps
1.scrape Google using search operators ,along with seoquake i got my most list.sometimes i buy list.
2.i check the list with scrapebox add-on alive check(rarely crash,exception with 10000+)
3.using comment blaster to analyse if the comment available ,remove duplicates,404 error, expired domains
4.check the auto approve type with box add-on blog analysis(rarely crash)
5.blast to auto approve, the ones with captcha ,i comment with fast blog finder
that's it

Hah don't worry about it. That happens a lot around here. People say a few sentences, and someone inevitably has to argue and fight with you about it. You have to remember this is the internet with anonymity. 90% of the people on the planet are jerks at heart, and take everything the wrong way.

Your title could have also provoked some anger. Scrapebox is great software that thousands of people use successfully every day. It appears the issue is your PC. Try clean installing windows and your framework and try again.

Well what do you expect when you go talking shit about a piece of software on an open board prior to taking the proper steps to fixing it first?

I for one could care less about your "after the fact" apology that you are offering now that you have been flamed.

Nevertheless, hopefully you have learned a lesson. One thing I can assure you of is that your error has nothing to do with the .net framework. Scrapebox doesn't rely on it for anything so that is out.

2nd, have you contacted support directly about your issue prior to bitching about it here? If not than you might consider doing so as they can most likey debug it easily based on the facts stated on their site.

ScrapeBox has internal crash analysis, and in the event of problems it will create a .zip file with technical information which the application sends to us for review. This debug data does contain detailed information about your machine, and the programs running on it at the time of the crash. This information includes things such as your Operating System and Service Pack version, hardware specs such as how much RAM in total and how much was being used when the crash occurred, Processor type, your System Uptime and how long ScrapeBox had been running. It also shows a list of all programs running at the time the crash occurred, you are alerted when a crash occurs and the sending of debug information is optional and requires your consent to send. Please rest assured we have no interest in any details besides what made ScrapeBox crash, and what can be done to fix it.

I guess your in wrong place to complain. Its proven fact the software is gold mine for one time payment.

So, in other words,if you're not able to make money here, then BHW is a shitty site?
