The Situation:
My land lord was going to kick me out because I was spending all of my time upstairs and wanting to make money online and didn't have an actual "job". She gave me 2 weeks to find a job or she'd kick me out of the house and I'd have to find somewhere to live.

I told her it's none of her fucking business how I live as long as I pay her rent and that just because she grew up in an industrial age where the internet wasn't an option, doesn't mean people now can't make a killing online. This was a huge intense battle that went on and I thought I was screwed because let me tell ya.. jobs here suck.. then again.. me quitting the one it took me 3 weeks to find didn't help either, lol.

Well, today she said, "I thought about it and you're right.. it's none of my business what you do as long as you pay rent on time."

That was a rough intense battle it was.. I was almost ready to start packing and looking for a place to live. I won though.. and this makes me happy. :beer:



Now then, to get off topic a bit:

Will Google penalize your articles or your website if you submit the same article to GoArticles, Ezines and SearchWarp?


P.S. My Website I made 3 weeks ago is showing it's very first back link from BHW. More good news :D

As long as you pay rent on time she can't kick you out, gotta find a better reason for that, in fact it's pretty hard to evict people unless they don't pay rent or are obviously doing something illegal or damaging the property.

Anyway. No they wont penalize your article unless it's a copy of someone else's and even then there's really no penalty you just wont be listed before everyone else.

Ezine articles is the best place to submit to first IMO for their PR and they get indexed fast. Keep adding content to your site.

Well I know, I was just saying. It takes 5 minutes to copy+paste all those articles into GoArticles and SearchWarp. I just didn't know if Google would red flag this and penalize me.

Technically she could have evicted me with the proper notification from a legal stand point because I was on a month to month basis and she owns the house I'm living in with her grand son.
 
Most states have strict eviction laws. Here in CA, the landlord has to give you 30 days if you've lived in the place less than 2 years. If more than 2 years then he/she has to give you 60 days to move unless you're found to be a nuisance or you're late with the rent. This applies even if you're on a month-to-month agreement. I wonder if your state has such laws. It would be worth the time to research it. I'm glad to hear that she changed her mind.
 
Congratulations on winning the battle with your landlord, Corey, but keep in sight that you haven't won the war, yet. Continue to go about your internet marketing pursuits with a total "survivor" mentality. It takes patience, persistence and tenacity to make it in this biz. Try to avoid distractions and the tendency to loaf at all costs. Set both short-term and long-term realistic monetary goals for yourself and continually test, track and tweak the products of your efforts to make sure you stay on course. Good luck, young man!

But On Another Note, I Do Believe That Google Does Penalize Articles That They Would Consider Duplicate Content. Just Rewrite The Articles For Every Directory That You're Submitting It To, Or Find A Software To Do It For You, And You'll Be Fine.

god damn fucking landlord! Who the hell does she think she is telling you how to live your life?! I honestly believe that if I was in the same situation I would give her a three word answer i.e Fuck you bitch, followed by a door slamming in her face.
