Imagine what you could do with one month of free rent.

It's time for the holidays and I want to help you get ahead in life.

Back in the beginning of spring this year, I challenged myself to launch a successful marketing firm on a shoe-string budget. As part of the plan, I wanted to put together 20 clients using only my social skills. In under 6 months my plan was a success.

I know how nerve-wracking it feels to be late for rent... I want to help you out of this.

All you have to do is send me a friend.

If they sign up — one month of your rent is paid. How does that sound to you?

Because my services begin at $1,000 clients can be anybody from celebrities, business professionals or companies themselves.

Who do you talk to? People in need of social media strategy and reputation management. These are the only two services I offer.

    Here is what you do

    1. Text your first and last name to 408-856-4539. This is very important to setup payment.
    2. Recommend my services to everybody that needs them. It's that simple.
    3. When they give me a call, they must mention that you sent them. They must mention your name.
    4. I qualify your referral and if they sign up, I'll contact you to deliver payment.

You will be asked to file a W9 during payment. If you are overseas (not in the U.S.) drop me a PM and we will discuss how to work together.

Thank you, please comment if you have questions and hit the Thanks button if you found this useful.

You make a solid point. I will add a rent cap of $3,000 monthly rent. This is the high-end in my city (bay area).

This is a basic, old fashioned referral plan. With the added touch of having your rent paid.

Being friendly goes a long way ;)
