It has come to an end, when i was able to create new Bing accounts and for which Billing went right through. The VCC i used , no-longer works. And they have banned most of the banks aswell.
Ive done all i could and therefore come to the realization that i need help with this. I will pay whatever, if someone can come up with a solution for me, which would enable me to create a new bing account for long term use... where areas the main key factor , is to have a successfull billing acceptance. Meaning: Someone from Bing will overlook my account manually, and they would approve the Billing.
Or... If someone could run my accounts doing the same thing...
Im all ears and open to ideas.
