cha0z here a piece of advice from me to you.
Don't rush things. You have alot of great tools there so you don't have to rush.
First you'll need to learn how to use each tool separately and them combine them together later on. You gotta learn to walk before you can run.
And truthfully its not the method that you are missing. Its just abit of action that you are missing. Look at the threads here and put them into action. That's how you make money.
At the end of the day its really easy.

I think that you need to add to that list someone who will take actions since you don't want to spend time or effort to read and apply what you learn i doubt you can do much with any of this tools or any other step per step guide (you will read it once and see that it takes time so you will forget about it and start looking for something else .... ) .
Here is a quick method to make some cash with ssm
set up an adwords campaign and a landing page offering some high demanding software like dreamwaver ,photoshop for free , get any software and bind it with ssm , offer it for download

sounds like you went about the whole thing the opposite way of everyone else. You missed the part where you spend weeks doing nothing but reading. You have the tools but without the knowledge to know how to implement them they're useless.
