Got into python and I'm obsessed with it. But I'm not finding any real world problems to solve or automate. And having been around BHW for so many years there is only a set of problems that I'm actually interested in solving. I am deeply sorry for the hungry kids but NO I don't want to plot global hunger stats. I would like to code up stuff that makes getting rich easier.

So if you have anything that you'd like coded up in python, do post your requirement here.

Catch: the code would be opensourced and published on github, and probably on a thread under Making Money section too. So please do not ask me to make stuff that you'd like to keep proprietary.

So please challenge me. Please list out your requirements and I'll reply once I take it up. I can take only 1 project at a time.

And please don't ask me to make a scraper. HTML traumatises me. If you need something pulled from an api I can definitely do that for you.

I recently discovered that namecheap hosting have a tool to run python code in the hosting, even for shared hosting, and i wonder if i can make a chatbot and a tracking tool to register all the movements on my page, knowing when the bots come and when is a real user, and where they go and click in my site.

Yes, analytics do that but if i can have more and better data i could improve my website faster, though.

edit: i don't want to track people outise my website, or install anything on their browser but maybe a cookie to know if they are back.

Two hours on hackerrank.com will relieve you of these desires, trust me on this.

If you must, code something for the community.

Build a scraper that gets a Wikipedia starting point, follows all the references and internal links, and gathers all the external domains. Then check each domain if it's expired or not.

It shouldn't take more than 200-300 lines of code. I actually did it under 150 lines.

But again, trust me, solve a few problems on hackerrank, and you'll notice the need to code stuff will be gone before you know it.
 
A bot to visit pages from a list of links and check if a backlink is present, with anchor and its type (NF/DF).
Support for proxy (only if that's not much work for you).

Use Case: Broken link building and link monitoring.

Hi, very nice of you ! What about a chatbot capable of having a coherent discussion with people on Tinder or Instagram? That would be amazing!

Why do you need that? ScrapeBox has that functionality already.
 
some kind of automate for netu.tv api i have many videos from their site and would like some automation in copying videos to my acc and getting back my own embed

I need python 3 bot to auto post on onlyfans with captions and queue it for 3 years. I tried the old bot from GitHub but i don’t understand python.

you could create a calculator of website worth
you could create a script that can calculate pretty much anything, from exact time limits in seconds to many years of stock markets calculated worth through a mathematical algorithm that can be very accurate
calculators are very useful, you could create a profession calculator
you could create an algorithm that can determine exactly how much time you have to spent to reach a goal
with calculators you earn algorithm accuracy with no miscalculation flaws, impossible to flaw
you can calculate and predict a medical solution for an illness, i can describe the algorithm in detail if you want. it's a calculator also

the first idea of a program i ever had was a C++ calculator

most programmers play with random generators as they start programming but i chose to create a calculator, very confident about my choice
