I have a question. I have had a video blocked worldwide because it matches content from a music artist.
I clicked 'acknowledge', because although it is a re-working of the song, it does contain elements of the original artist's work.

My question is: Having clicked 'acknowledge', will this still mean the video remains blocked or now I have acknowledged, will the video re-appear?

Also, I am somewhat confused about 'strikes'. My account seems to have no strikes and be in good standing, despite having a video being blocked worldwide. I have googled this and there are mixed answers. Some people saying you will have a strike if you get a video blocked and others saying you only get a strike if the record label actually issue a copyright claim against you. If this is the case, is it possible to get videos blocked and not receive strikes as a result?

So, my video was blocked worldwide because of copyright, which I have acknolwedged, but no strikes? And the video still seems to be removed?
