I was swindled by seoinch.
I paid $600 for the 3 month seo package. She just gets paid and says wait. I don't know what kind of service I received for a month. Everyone, be careful of seoinch. I think he discriminates because he's Korean.

If you're talking about @Clare Jane , gather some evidence and open a dispute resolution as other members suggested.
Either way, you are not allowed to reveal identifying information about other members (such as where they're from).
Your post also has a hint of racism (or nationalism, whatever you want to call it), which is very unacceptable here.
