I was scammed by this person. This son of a bitch took $570 from me and then disappeared. He is a fraudster who even sells his grandfather.

You are not scammed on BHW because BHW is not a part of the transaction.
It's like saying that if you were scammed on a website you found on Google, Google will refund you.

In some cases, the moderators will try to help you regain your funds through a dispute resolution process. This is something you should be grateful for, and not come with demands to those who try to help you.
