It sucks. Maybe he really was scammed too. Try to think about it from his position too, he might've been the victim too, since sometimes people resell products and services. He might've thought he could make good money reselling someone's blog, and sold it to you then found out the dude lied to him. Look at it from both sides. Maybe instead of trying to get the whole money back which will fu&k his paypal up and make it negative, you should try to get a payment agreement with him where he can pay you back once a month or something like that with interest. So tell him something like pay me $200 a month for the next 5 months and we will call it even. That seems much more fairer in my opinion.

Actually, LOTS of people think I'm funny. I regularly get PM's from total strangers informing me of this. And you shouldn't call people names like that. Bad role modeling, poor leadership. You know, you are an example for all the newer members, and your bad conduct only serves to give them permission to do likewise, which then creates an increased load on the Moderators & Forum Staff.
I think I hit people hard because they deserve it. Apparently the OP wants a big pity party, where we all get together and say how bad we feel for her?, snuggum wuggums, poor widdle fing didn't know that the big bad man was going to steal her? money. I hold people accountable for the social position they presume to have. If people want to be treated wike widdle girls, then they can get out of Internet Marketing and do something safe, like breeding for welfare dollars and voting for leftists, laying around on the couch and waiting for someone else's money to roll in.
In the real, productive world, we take risks, and when we fail there is a price to pay. The question is whether or not you feel the full impact of your stupidity in order to make certain that it never happens again, or do you run crying to people that haven't got the intellect to tell the truth, nor the courage to violate retarded social norms in order to give people what they need. That which does not kill you makes you stronger. These are words on the internet. Stop whining and read them like a man/woman?.
And, since you've made things personal here, out in "public", I'll tell you something else. I take note of other Members here. I pay attention to the quality of their posts. Not so much in terms of the concrete and obvious text of what gets posted, but instead I pay attention to the mind that resides behind those posts. I pay attention to intelligence, talent, brilliance, etc.. and I have a list of people that I consider to have those qualities, and your name is not on that list.
I've been reading posts on this forum for over a year, and have not read not one post you've written that I would consider noteworthy, and that makes a pretty clear statement about you. Both who you are, and what you are, and what you are not, which is noteworthy. I think that, instead of calling people names, you should instead put more effort into the quality of your posts. It would be good for you, because, as they say, mediocrity is it's own punishment. Ok, gotta go. Time to put my home-made pumpkin pie (made with fresh pumpkin) in the oven, and take a peek at my 23 lb. turkey with fresh sage dressing. This year's experimental "twist": a bunch of juiced Kale mixed into the dressing, both the juice and the pulp. Hoping for a flavor a bit darker than parsley, but not bitter.

But then it goes straight to the question of why Mr. Middleman was getting 10%. Any retarded boob can send money Western Union. Why was he involved? Obviously, either because his involvement was Kayla's insurance, or Middleman was complicit in the crime. Or Kayla involves 3rd parties in risky, international transactions for no damn reason at all.
The Western Union, no-backs thing still stands. It's a dumb idea, always. If little ms. snuggum wuggums had 7 posts and no avatar and had this complaint, I'd be more sympathetic, but I figure someone that has been around this forum for a significant amount of time has heard enough of these stories that, when it blows up in their face, they aren't "victims" but rather they exercised poor judgement. Ms. Snuggum Wuggums didn't stub her toe or fall off her bike, she exercised bad judgement and it bit her in the ass. The REAL question is, "Does she understand her mistakes well enough now, that it won't happen ever again." People that pat her on the po-po and say "there, there" and tell her everything is going to be all right, and that Nigel sure is an asshole aren't doing her any favors. NIGEL, with his harsh and biting commentary is preventing more future scams than the sum total of all the other words in this thread combined.
Other people read these threads. Other people might be tempted to enter into a similar deal, and if they fail to feel the full impact of what it's like to get fucked hard when it's someone else, and are not given the hard truth that the whole thing was avoidable if the "victim" had behaved differently, then they are likely to make the exact same mistake in the exact same way. Scammers are NOT original thinkers. When something works, it works. Rinse & repeat, right? And if the scam is repeated yet again, upon someone that has read this thread and still failed to learn how to avoid the scam, then what's the fucking point? Re-title the thread "Boo-hoo, Someone feel sorry for me, it's not my fault" and make the thread about that, instead of identifying exactly what happened, how it happened, where the mistakes were made and how someone else (including the OP) can avoiding getting scammed in the future.
People have power. It's a matter of choice. Do you want power over your lives, or do you want the weakest, stupidest and most counterproductive parts of your identity to be enabled and validated by similarly retarded idiots. Misery loves company, and so do stupid people.
And that's the truth. You really do have control over your own destiny, and the 1st step towards achieving that control it taking responsibility for the consequences of your own mistakes, and failing to hold someone else to that standard is disrespectful, and helps to ensure that the situation will be repeated.

Why didn't you send the money through bank transfer directly to the third person was there a problem if you thought he was genuine .DID he showed you the proof of bank transfer i don't think so.Anyway its the middle mans' fault it doesn't really matter if he's a scammer or not since he was dealing with him so he should have known the fact that if something goes wrong he would be the one responsible and paypal have a term called chargeback you can't run with money from paypal.

An example of someone that "gets it". SEO is the manipulation of internet text for financial gain. People that presume to do this enter into a competitive environment where those that have the ability to use text make money while those that fail do not. Reading text, and understanding what that text means is part of that skill set. Some people can read, and understand what they are reading, and other people cannot.
In this example, almost everyone can read the text of that post (the offer to sell a high-PR tumblr blog) and understand what that means, but some people cannot, do not understand the subtext, the hidden, deeper, real intended meaning. Sometimes the text is offensive and/or insulting, and that is all some people can see. My dilemna is that I cannot allow their deficits in reading comprehension suppress my ability to convey meaning, i.e. I cannot dumb myself down so that the substandard idiot can understand and/or feel comfortable with what I write.
It doesn't work that way. It's all or nothing. If you don't believe me, try this shit sometimes, and see how well you can succeed at 1) advancing higher-level awareness 2) in as few words as possible while 3) maintaining reader interest and 4) avoiding forum staff's possible disciplinary actions, while 5) entertaining those that are not really interested or involved and 6) still remaining true to one's self. There's a HUGE difference between creating meaning using text as a theoretical concept, and actually trying to DO the thing in the real world, right here & right now. I take criticism from 2 classes of people, 1) People that have some talent or other and the ability to demonstrate that talent and it's value, and 2) People that have the ability to harm, punish or inconvenience me. And I suppose 3) People that are offering me significant sums of money, which is pretty rare, and that's why I didn't think of it at 1st. Anyways, that's my response to the hooting critters in the woodland forest; if you think this shit is a pain in the ass to read, you should try writing it some time. It'll teach you a good lesson in respect. And, as an added bonus, you might discover you have some talent. Or not, in which case it might persuade you to shut the fuck up, and let the thing happen as you are ignorant, and in the way.

In my early days on Skype, I had sexy-sexy time with a "woman" on Skype chat. At some point, I discovered the awful, horrible, nauseating truth. So, having fully felt the pain of my mistake, I've made certain to ensure that it never happens again (sound familiar)? So, I pay very close attention to my GAYDAR, and if it doesn't 100% activate, validate and consecrate and unknown electronic entity as being fully, 100% natural-born female, I leave the question unresolved.
There's a certain kind of gay man that prefers to be treated as female online, something that they can never get in real life, due to hairy knuckles and an adam's apple. And while I can understand the desire to be treated as they believe themselves to be, on the other hand it makes me inadvertently and electronically gay, and avoiding that is extremely important to me for reasons I really don't care to know. I don't know why I am disgusted by the idea of eating shit, and I'm really not interested in knowing why. It's disgusting, and that's enough.
So that's why. I'd have to have some corroborating information in order to fully believe it. And there are levels, for example when everyone just assumes that a self-described female really is a female, they are in effect endorsing the truth of the matter without actually knowing. There's no way to know for certain, obviously, but I've got to have at least some reason to believe that a person really is female, vs. an online female impersonator. Having a girl's 1st name and a female avatar is not enough. Besides that, there might be legitimate, non-gay reasons why a male would want to present as female (although I can't think of any), and to call him a female might be insulting.
So for me, the "default policy" is to assume it's male and/or FBI unless given some reason to believe otherwise. Besides THAT, some of you young'uns behave foolishly and look pretty fucking stupid when you gather together like a pack of dogs and take turns sniffing some purported female's e-vagina. I can see all your red little doggie e-boners sticking out, and you-all get so excited that you start trying to climb & mount each other. It's like watching "Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom" showing a pack of filthy, sweating hyenas all trying to fuck each other at the same time, in the dirt on the Serengeti Plain. That, plus the awareness of the possibility that you have all been turned on, and provoked into one big frantic electronic faggot-doggy orgy by an undercover gay man makes the whole scene even more disgusting, as well as unspeakably hilarious. So, to avoid THAT whole scenario, I recommend that you all adopt my Gay Avoidance Strategy (that I've just described), unless of course you swing that way (or both ways) in which case, enjoy yourselves, but BY yourselves.
