I was making 350$ every month, but now I have problem

For two years I was teaching online Arabic language to some doctors who went to Qatar to work there, so classes were online through zoom and they were taking classes from me because I speak their first language Turkish and the language they want to learn Arabic is my first language also my prices were so cheap
I was charging a student 500 TL a month which is around 60$ a month
I had 6 students so 3000 TL wish is 355$
now I know it's not too much but I am a student and its enough for me here
after those 2 years, they learn the language and stooped taking classes so I went from 355 to 0 every month
I tried my best to find students online through ads Instagram groups etc but couldn't find anyone or I didn't know how to get new students

any ideas on how I can have new students ? is it a good idea to open a site like a landing page and spam it everywhere? don't tell me about the site on the internet for tutoring the competition is so strong there I have an account in all of them and never get any students from them

There are a few websites for language teachers, I don't know the prices but I see a lot of people join to either learn or teach.
Google 'teach language online'.

Please don't depend on single stream of income + not expanding over your 6 clients.

How did you found the first student.
Do what you did already.

yes I have tried these websites I also still have accounts on lots of these sites but the problem is for some languages, lots of teachers very few students so the competition is so high
and don't want to depend on one stream of income also but don't know how to do it

the first student was my therapist when we went to Qatar he found all the other students and we continued more than 2 years

Idea 1:
As expats (people working and living in a foreign country) I am sure they have a way to connect and exchange information. For example, search for a Facebook group named "Turkish doctors/people in Qatar" and variations of that in both English and Turkish.
Try other social media too, but Facebook is safest bet to start with.

Those groups will also have people who are looking into moving to Qatar and other GCC countries which is your target audience!

You can leave posts, comments and so on to promote your services. You can also reach out to your previous students and ask them to recommend you whenever someone asks for such information.

Get familiar with group admins (or even pay them) to recommend your services.

Idea 2:
Same tactics, but only for med students (and other professions which have high rate of moving to Arab-speaking countries.

Join student groups, print out flyers and hand/post them to universities (or ask someone to do it for you if you're not nearby any university)

Target turkish spoken people in Qatar with your Facebook/Instagram ad. I guess this is enough hot and interested audience

ahhh thank you so much this is a great idea never came to my mind yes sure they have these kinds of groups I will check for sure and I will search for related Facebook groups

Yeah, I was going to suggest this.
There are SOOO many expat FB groups for schools, white moms, etc.
Post in some of those and make sure to be friendly and welcoming, you will surely get customers.

Ask yourself a question: why did they want to go Qatar?

There is a reason so find it , go to whereever are doctors ( hospitals, university of new graduates ect ) and give flyers to people there were you make them dream, say something like : do u want a brilliant future in a new age city with and income of x? well you only need my help !!.

This is just an idea , need to elaborate, think as if you were a doctor why would you want go there, same for other professions, degrees. find the benefits and then people who would need your help.

Try the referrals by those students you taught. Ask them to send you others students and if they have they will send you. Besides they tried your services and know you are wow. So they won't hesitate to send you referrals.

YouTube iss also a great lead generator for language teachers. Give free tips and short lessons and promote your course.

I am studying Portuguese (Brazilian) and follow a teacher on YT. She does short lessons and live streams to get leads into her funnel.

Her funnel looks like this:

YT channel to build a following/fans
Send to free course - Portuguese pronunciation
Offer to join Introduction to Portuguese course ($350 US)

She opens limited enrolment every 3 mos and gets enoigh students that she has hired more teachets because she can't handle the demand on her own.

Record yourself in videos with some basic arabic to turkish to arabic lessons.
Upload to your YT channel.
Optimize your channel and videos to be easily found.
Be patient and you'll get students reaching for you.

No, I didn't because as I said I am a student and never needed more than what I was making + I didn't have enough time I was already giving so much time for those students I had

yah its all because of the pandemic they all stopped at the same time when the hospital they were working in cut 40% of their salaries (it's not exactly their salaries but they used to get more than their salaries by 40% and because of a pandemic that stooped ) and we all get f*cked

wow this is a very good idea what she is doing is great and also the money she is getting is great, can you please message me her account in messages, youtube was the thing I didn't want to do but I think I will open a channel there
