Disappointment and failure are all a huge part of IM. The faster you get used to this processes the better off you will be. Just remember that as long as you keep trying you will eventually land in something great, and the path you walked to get there will hold highly value lessons needed to be a successful internet marketer. Keep your head up and keep trying until you find what works.

try to promote other things.
try amazon affiliate marketing because it's very easy to sell their products

I think you did nothing of the works - all you did was spam something that looks like crap. Earn some money and buy yourself a real domain. Bloggerz blogs work but only if you rank them well and you spin your articles - bad move

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is crazy. Experiment with other methods. Keep changing and keep moving forward. You'll get there.

Track which traffic you get most traffic and conversions from with bit.ly links or something then test different content with different offers, I personally wouldn't fill out a survey or give an email for an e-book as most are shit and filled with affiliate links. But in all honesty I'd forget about trying methods and focus on building something long term even if it means getting a job to pay for domain/hosting/content costs.

Try switching cpa networks. Had very bad experience with cpalead, moved to cpagrip and the same trafic (about 1k visitors/day) had a cr of 10%. Do you know what the cr was on cpalead? 0 (yes, zero).
