How can I contact high-profile blogs to pay for a video post?
I wanted to backlink some blogs. What do you indicate?

Look for their emails through either their about us page or contact us page.
Then send them a mail, telling them what you want to do asking for requirements and fees.
Nothing special, are they not humans?

No, I can't help you do that.
You alone know what you want. Go to Google and search for what you want and filter the sites as you please. Then start contacting them.
You could also use Semrush/ahrefs if you have any of those.

Try using some outreach tools for running an email outreach campaign. Even if you contact people via their contact form on their website may work at times.
As far as finding the sites and blogs is concerned, you can use a tool like Buzzstream. You can also use social media like Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram to find the relevant sites in your niche.
Remember that there are some good manual efforts involved in doing outreach if you are doing it yourself.
