Because I feel like if I start just by myself it'll look not that nice... And it deffinetly takes more time, so some tutorials can be really helpful

Start with basics — installing, themes, plugins, pages/posts, menus, and SEO basics.
Good courses include WordPress.org tutorials, YouTube channels like WPCrafter, and Udemy WordPress for Beginners.

Wordpress is only good for a life of missed opportunity and text. (people get their text from the majority of either huge brands or chatbots.) not billydingdong'sblog[.]com
You should build something that is virally appealing and NOT based around wordpress as thats very limtiting, especially if you want to keep your commercial interests proprietary, and make money without sharing your source code.
Go with something like an actual programming language, and build with a js framework and embeded html. You can do this with java, php, python, or plenty others. You'll have a lot more freedom and learn more than just a software install. 5 option menu, and very easy text and graphic posting.

Do you want to build a blog when people are being programmed for interactivity thanks to chatbots? or instead something cool, and new that sparks the interest of the market?
The time it used to take to learn everythhing with wordpress is the time you can get started on your own infrastructure. The only thing i miss about wordpress is wordfence.
Apart from that, i don't ever need the help of a blog again, unless its on a platform that has a following of clients already in their infrastructure like tumblr or substack. Why would you want to pay for hosting a wordpress app, whne you could host "Your greatest imagination app" and learn a language. You don't LEARN anything with wordpress its for noobs! lol
I'm not saying it isn't good. I think its very bloated, compared to what you can pump out youself now. Pick a language and you'll have jobs for life. Pick just wordpress and you'll be at best above broke lol
Why would you need a course for WordPress? There are guides everywhere on the Internet .

yes, start small and focus on organic results. ai can assist, but don’t rely on it completely. simple and sustainable efforts outperform flashy, complicated ones. stick to your strengths and build gradually.
