You have choose the most popular platform in the world. I would recommend to start with very basis. You can learn elementor since it is most popular ui design plugin. Also don't just overlook videos try to practice by yourself by doing it.

Ofcourse. Start slow and start organic. AI will help, but do not rely on it. And start simple too. Complex looks cool, but eventually you will be worn out. So, slow and simple will work. And write what you are the best in.
