I want to start site flipping

Hello, I've a beginner question. Is hosting is also included with the price when I sell a site. what If i don't want to give him my hosting & the buyer want the site in his hosting. I want to refer my buyers a new hosting of my choice if they don't have any. Am I need to upload all the files to his hosting.

Actually I want to know what the professional flippers are doing regarding this issue & which is better. Selling the site with hosting(domain, hosting included with price) or after selling site transfer to their hosting

No hosting is not included . Just domain and site data base is what you charge for the money u sell.

Can't speak for everyone else that flips, but most of my buyers already have their own hosting accounts setup so they just put the sites on their own or have me install it for them.

One thing you can offer is to host the site for free on your own hosting server as a BIN bonus for winning your auction or something along those lines. I see a lot of people do that and it helps to add value to the auction. Even if the buyer would prefer to have you set the site up on their hosting, I think it still adds value to the auction overall.

I dont think it includes hosting , but it depends on what price you give them yuor site sometimes you have to include hosting too

Assuming your using PayPal, and depending on the value of your site, you have a variety of options. Most people who sell websites around the $200-300 mark, usually include free hosting for a month/year whatever - simply stack it on your shared server and so long as you have a large amount of bandwidth, it's not going to cost you anything.

This can also help when a PayPal dispute kicks in, as you technically have control of the website, and so should they choose to run a dispute on you via PayPal, you can just take the website down - basically you have leverage over them.

Another thing that people do is send a disc with the files on it to a physical address of the buyer to ensure that they have a tracking ID, which can be used in the event of a Paypal dispute.

However, the idea of the dispute process aside, just email them the files in a zipped folder, and link them to some FileZilla FTP documentation or something.
