Its easy friend .buy a domain you can use cheap domains too.register on vultr with free vcc and get 100 usd free credit .install wordpress or any system on vps hosting .add some images videos and advertise on popup ads websites for visitor .in a month you will have good profit

There's still lots of money to be made from porn.
Simply choose a niche with less competition, more searches from tier 1 countries and you're good to go. However you'll need some investment at least $100 I would say.
I'm also launching one and is in development stage at the moment.

Buy an .xyz site for $0.49 then find offshore hosting for $4.95 a year. $5.50 and you’re good. Download some videos and find a free embedder. Put in a lot of work optimizing the videos. Niche down. In 3 months you’ll get 1k visitors a day then scale up. Throw up some ads and you’ll make your money back. Optimize and in one year you’ll be making a few hundred a month or more if you learn enough.

If you pick a concentrated niche that is not completely dominated by the top 4 sites yes you absolutely can.
Think long tail KWs. 4-5 words average. Title, meta description, slug, and even a short description if you want to rank sooner.
Do this for 100 videos a week minimum. Make a couple gifs of the videos. Upload a them to some subreddits everyday and traffic will come. Sometimes quick sometimes slow.
Your referral traffic will shoot you and within a few months your organic traffic will catch up if you chose a doable niche and targeted enough effective KWs.
Changing the thumbnail and sticking a meta tag on it will 2x 3x or evening 10x your impressions. Video and photo search is usually neglected.
