I am in the fitness niche,
and I recently noticed that almost all the big accounts, are in engagement groups, now these big accounts are growing rapidly, and the small account that are also in the groups don't grow at all.
When I say big accounts I mean 500k-1m.
Conclusions
1. Instagram is all fake, even the big accounts all the girls half naked with the big boobs, are in engagement groups, so even they don't grow organically.
2. Probably they add one each other to the groups like friend bring friend, cause you can't find these groups online.
3. Engagement groups is working only for big accounts.
4. Their second way to increase followers is s4s (follow my friend follow my beautiful etc).
