I want to sell my website

I'm looking for prospective buyers to sell the whole website along with domain and hosting and site contents and premium templates as I'm unable to keep on updating my website.

PR of site is 4. There are total 44 unique articles some rank top 3 in Google. Users are generally between 20-25k when posts are made, but even if i hadn't any new post in last 6 months my user is well above 7-8k month.

Currently i earn close to $100/pm from ad-space sell, affiliates and other pay per install services. There are NO adsense or any other monetisation as i find them obstrusive.(Just check the articles for ads, to prove my earning)

The domain was bought on 2009, and expires on 2011. The hosting expires on 2011 too.

The articles and media files are all unique and created by the author and all license will be transferred to the buyer for use of them in any way he/she wants.

Not to be a dick, but I doubt you will get what you are dreaming in your head. I also think people are looking for more automated income instead of chasing "ad space buyers" You are better off trying to get this more automated so that it's buyer friendly.

You'll spark a lot of suspicion to the stats and how you are truly making money. Stats can be faked all day long.

I know you say adsense is obtrusive but might have been a good investment tool. Good Luck!

Hi Ransackedout i completely agree with your concerns, the adspace buyers are not contacted they come to me due to my reputation, and yes the stats can be faked, but if one is genuinely interested i can add his id in google analytics to verify the stats before buying.

Adsense will give me nothing compared to what i get from adspace sell, easily and without any hassle.
