I want to rank a website for multiple countries location for different keywords what strategy should I follow for that?

Setup country-specific websites? or simply buy links from country-specific sites.

Use sub domain for each additional country - host them in the specific country IP.
Use regional content (non-english) if possible.

Check keyword density and create country specific links. I guess it would be easy to rank in countries other than US
